Member: 3005236 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | Recovering data from a malfunctioning microSD card requires specialized data recovery equipment. The technical process involves removing the protective layer from the microSD card to understand its internal structure. This task is both complex and time-consuming. I personally encountered similar challenges two years ago when my Samsung phone's microSD card failed. If your microSD card isn't recognized by Disk Utility or displays incorrect capacity information, it's advisable to consult professionals rather than attempting a DIY solution. I spent hours researching and even invested in data recovery software, but it was ineffective since the card didn't show up in Disk Utility. In the end, I resorted to Platinum Data Recovery services( https://platinumdatarecovery.com/mic...-data-recovery ), which cost me $580. While it was a significant expense, it was worth it for me to recover precious family photos stored on the microSD card. Most of data recovery companies offers free diagnostic, take advantage of it. |
