As You can see from this Software log, PDA and modem parts are damaged in your device:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem (most likely, in your case).

Try to re-flash the device with different firmwares from the Support Area and check whether modem is correct (SW is not Unknown) and only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.
