To connect SM-P601 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

Try to reinstall FTDI drivers and restart PC.
You need to use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection via UART. Try to use different C3300k/C3303k micro UART cables. Try to use another box as UART iterface.

problem solved and thnx for quick reply

ok this method worked in win xp but still win 7 same issue and i have this driver problem for long time in window 7(tried all suggested driver still issue remains) plz solve this driver issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
