Cool "Better and better..."

Maybe it's time to say goodbye silver-card and then welcome green-card ...

Is it very difficult (or very laborious) to transfer the code from the version 4.10 to a green -card?

I think, only for the time being, to move the full files of ADN and SMS toward the external eeprom memory...

You can transfer your SIM-EMU to the GreenCard without any problem.

Only you have to read your actual files from the Silver and write them on the Green.

Phonebook/SMS modifications

To modify the spanish version of SIM-EMU 4.10 to obtain 36 SMS's and 131 ADN with 18 characters each, you must edit the original SIM_EMU_FL_4.10.hex with the following changes:

Code:
Offset Instead of Put this
0895 34 1B 34 07

0899 34 58 34 60
08A2 34 1C 34 20
08A4 34 0D 34 18
0E81 30 1C 30 20
0FC5 30 54 30 60

To modify the english version of SIM-EMU 4.10 to obtain 36 SMS's and 131 ADN with 18 characters each, you must edit the original SIM_EMU_FL_4.10_ENG.hex with the following changes:

0895 34 1B 34 07
0898 34 1B 34 10
0899 34 58 34 60
08A2 34 1C 34 20
08A4 34 0D 34 18

Code:
Offset Instead of Put this
0895 34 1B 34 07
0899 34 58 34 60
08A2 34 1C 34 20
0E81 30 1C 30 20
0FC5 30 54 30 60

To modify the english version of SIM-EMU 4.10 to obtain 20 SMS's and 219 ADN with 18 characters each, you must edit the original SIM_EMU_FL_4.10_ENG.hex with the following changes:

Code:

0895 34 1B 34 07
0899 34 58 34 60
08A2 34 1C 34 20
0E7C 30 1C 30 20
0FC0 30 54 30 60

After this, you MUST not change the amount of SMS's from menu, because the results are impredictable.

To wojtek

That is a phone problem. The phone must read all the files changed when the SIM instructs to do it, but some models does not do it. Sorry.

... because when you use reset you force your phone to perform a reset and so it reads the entry from the sim card.

This is a phone problem and can't be fixed with changing the software of simemu. Buy a new phone

Best regards

I have a question:
I use simemu4.01 for this:
I have a phone (sony) and I have another phone (a blaupkunt car radio).
I use simemu in car phone.
Afther I have used the blaupkunt phone I power on my phone (sony) with original sim.
This remain "not connected" for provider (tim) until I make a call with the phone.

Why?

for all the rest is ok

regards
