I found solution and unlocked already, but thank you. There was a driver that need it to be installed, then the right (DIAG 9018) show up.

and provide me with link into PM.

Also:
- make photo of phone screen with a result after unlock operation and send me.
- what type of code phone ask you before unlock operation?
- what band settings are selected in the phone?

This error you are looking at is probably for the WiFi calling, Turn off the WiFi calling from the setting and see if the error is still there.
