Volcano Box Team I need your Help - GSM-Forum

this is my first time using Volcano Box,i was using Miracle Box,i bought 2 volcano box white colors, the first thing i did is by download the full setup which is Volcanobox 2.5.0 on my Window 7 then connect to internet my box Registered, but i found out whenever i connect phone i want to read it it hang on >>Boot downloading complete!
and if i want to stop the command it doesn't stop, i have to use ctl + alt+ del then close the Volcano tool from the task manager, so i thought is the version then i downloaded VolcanoUtility_v2.8.3_Volcano Yellowstone the copy VolcanoUtility_v2.8.9_Volcano Module inside and run it, its doing the same thing whenever i send command and i want to stop it it doesn't stop, But without connecting any phone it work, So i want to know if its normal because other box work normal for me whenever i want to stop command it stop but Volcano it doesn't i have to restart my system or use ctl alt + del to close which is stressfull, or is there any thing that im missing or is there any volcano tool that work perfect? please help me , i tested it on window xp sp3 on window 7 32bit and window 8.1 64bit the same problem, thanks in advance

seems driver issue reinstall latest drivers this happen to me but not always but sometime , sometime this heppend too if connectivity cable is loose.

thanks for the reply please which is the driver do i need? prolific USB-to serial usb or the mobile USB? Currently im using window 8.1 with this driver

after set pinout right click mouse -clear all tips-go to mtk tab and do operation.
you must press boot key.

if you are using P05B jig set pins as below;

1 (VCC)
2 (D-)
3 (D+
4 (GND)
5 (GND)

thank you all the i just installed the box in my brother system voila it work for the first time and also i don't know that im not pressing the boot key, i thought the on button is the boot key button

the boot key is a combination of keys like vol - or vol + and vol -

but unfortunately direct cable didnt work on my window 8.1 i only usb mode on it i dont know why?
