Recovery cables are UART cable to qualcomm recovery interface.
MSM7227 and QSD8250 requires recovery cable in order to perform recovery of dead phone.
The interface could be also used for any other operation like flash or unlock.
Firmware version doesn't metter when recovery interface used for unlock.
QC8255 models dont require any special cable for recovery, Instead USB + Testpoint is used.

Procedure for Using Resurection cable with 4se:
- Start with testpoint connected to ground ie toggle switch of the cable should be on "HW" mode(middle position of toggle swtich)
- when it prompts to remove testpoint, change position of the toggle swtich to "red" mode on the cable(last position of toggle switch)
- when software reconfirms about wd timer connected to Ground, press ok
