Hi, everyone
Unfortunately, the Signature server downtime takes much longer then we expected already. As you understand Sony not reports us when they will finish their job: in 2 days or in 2 weeks.

We assume in this situation someone can't (or doesn't want to) wait no more. In this case feel free to request moneyback for 4SE Server Credits.
Our online shop customers mail to [email protected], others - contact your resellers/distributors directly.
The option available only for the Signature server downtime period.

The Signature server online information we will update in this thread as fast as we have it.

They give back money not like setool then this is very good software and service.

+1 for credits refund for users. That goes a long way with respect. I bought credits for 1 phone and might keep them providing you can guarantee that I will be able to use them one day lol. I only bought this for s1 unlock as it was cheap enough. I do everything else with setool as I'm a long time setool user anyway.

If you not buy it for LT26i or other new Xperia unlock for 3 phones.
If you buy for this phones then you lost money and never refound money in setool.

It is only logical that if you cannot use the credits you can ask for your money back. What other tools do it is not important, because this is 4se section.

My Respect to you! At last, you have spoken nicely and explained things to your customers as a professional who duly cares about his customers.

I bought credits for a day's access to the S1 Signature Server. I have not activated the LINCENSE yet. I will not at this stage ask for a refund of money. I think I must wait a bit and see what comes out.
