Dear mates, Sony Xperia C phone won't be flashed in latest flash tools version 0.9.21.0 for me. please find my log here and i have tried with many .ftf firmwares as well as i tried with WMshua chinese flasher no luck. i was working old version Flashtool without worry.Please Solve My Issues

Hello guys.
I have sony XPERIA V t25i

it was unlocked and was working perfectly fine
until i decided to update it on official 4.3 Xperia V Lt25i_9.2.A.0.295_India suing flashtool

When updated via flashtool, i received a log as

WARN - This file is ignored : simlock . ta

and now my phone is updated to 4.3 , But it started asking Network unlock Pin.
now i can not use sim cards.

any help?
what should i do now

I've installed the latest flashtool version 0.9.23.2
Firmwares are not showing in the firmware selector list
I tried installing version 0.9.18.6 the firmware list is showing
Can I use the old version to flash my Z5 premium to nougat with this old version.?
I read somewhere that I need to use the latest version if I want to flash to nougat.
