Yes, Z4Root is outdated, that's just a waste of time. UnlockRoot is the rooting application I recommended in an earlier post.
Unfortunately, I don't have the firmwares of the phones you mentioned. I can unlock a single boot.img or extract it from a full flash file and then unlock it. That's possible to read the flash ROM of an MTK phone by a service box as well as by MTK's SP Flash Tool too.

I have GPG Dragon box, but that one didn't read the N9300's flash. Maybe I have to buy Volcano? That's better?

Volcano neither can read the flash of SC6820 at the moment, nevertheless they promise that capability in the next update.

I can't get the firmware of this phone but Volcano box is already able to read and write the flash og Spreadtrum Android phones. So, the best solution if you get a working phone of the same kind and read its flash, then write it back on the defective phone.

There're two versions provided here. Did you check before flashing if you flash the same version? No other versions available but they probably fit for all phones of this kind. Maybe, you just have a similar phone but not exactly the same and now you've flashed an incompatible firmware.
