Need Help to Unlock Moto E XT1526 Sprint

Hello,

I own the Moto E XT1526 offered by my aunt. She had Sprint mobile operator.
I live in Morocco, and the phone does not pick up the network. He asks me the pin code, he recognizes the sim card. So, I think I need to unlock the phone.
I tried some methods found on YouTube. But it did not work for me.

Can you help me please?

I have already search in this forum without find a solution.

I hope to find a solution in this forum.

Thank's in advance.

Marking * # * # 4636 # * # * will give you the option to switch to gsm networks.
Put the sim of another company and wait a few minutes and see that the option appears.
* # * # 4636 # * # *, set preferred network type: TD-SCDMA and GSM

You can also do this:
1. With the chip inside you slide the top bar of your phone and select the sim icon that will appear "NO SERVICE".

2. You go to "MORE OPTIONS"

3. Select the "MAS" button in the upper right corner and select the option "MOBILE NETWORKS"

4. Where it says "TYPE OF PREFERRED NETWORK" select "3G" since by default LTE appears and therefore does not raise signal.

5. You get out the CHIP and execute the code * # * # 4636 # * # * and select the type of network you want, you leave the menu and METES THE SIM and go.

Thank's for helping!
I tried this method, but it doesn't work.
I can not select : TD-SCDMA and GSM when I do it, the phone select : CDMA auto (PRL).
I tried with TD-SCDMA, GSM ans Lte. But no change.
When I reboot the phone or when I go back to menu switch to gsm networks, he returns to CDMA auto (PRL). I don't think he save the changes.

More help please, thanks in advance.

Please, then try this:
Tested on an XT1526 from Sprint, which did not grab GSM coverage in any way.

Adb reboot bootloader
Fastboot erase modemst1
Fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot reboot

These commands eliminate all configuration of the modem and start the phone with the modem "clean" just insert the SIM and grab Full signal.

************************************************** ******

Or you can try this:
Try putting the computer in plane mode and entering the commands in this order:

adb shell
Pm clear com.android.providers.telephony
Settings put global preferred_network_mode 9
Settings put global preferred_network_mode1 9
Settings put global preferred_network_mode2 9

Then reboot and take it out of the way.
Then we dial * # * # 4636 # * # *
We selected lte gsm auto prl
Without closing this menu we remove the airplane mode
And full signal

Permanent Process:

Unlock the Bootloader
Install KingoRoot
When the finished device, authorize "adb" to root access.

Finally, connect to a root console: (surnia / osprey / etc)

./adb shell
shell @ surnia_cdma: / $ su
surnia_cdma root @: / #

And there run:

pm clear com.android.providers.telephony

Thus, they are clean configurations phone, restart the terminal
reboot
or adb reboot
And again execute the above procedure:

settings put global preferred_network_mode 9
settings put global preferred_network_mode1 9
settings put global preferred_network_mode2 9

To verify, you can request the information menu:
* # * # 4636 # * # *

(4636 = I N F O)

And there, in "Network information" seeking radio mode by default (Default: TD-SCDMA, LTE, CDMA, EvDO GSM / WCDMA)
