Hey Dex...Have a customer locked Dell

Model: Inspiron Duo
Service Tag: H63LYN1
S/N: 37374160285 (Not sure if this is the actual Serial Number)

After entering the wrong password 3 times i get:

System Disable
[3AF32914F71772A7]
Service Tag
[H63LYN1]

If you can assist with a master password that would be greatly appriciated!

Could someone help me as i am not skilled with BIOS's

It's a Dell Optiplex 745
I am not sure but think its BIOS is a Phoenix a06
It says Dell system 745
BIOS version 2.0.8
Service tag 7S43Q2J
Express service code 16937421499

When i type the password for three times then the Dell Secure Manager will shut down the System. What can i do else?

The Dell Secure Manager wants a System or Administratorpassword.
