Hey Dex...Have a customer locked Dell

Model: Inspiron Duo
Service Tag: H63LYN1
S/N: 37374160285 (Not sure if this is the actual Serial Number)

After entering the wrong password 3 times i get:

System Disable
[3AF32914F71772A7]
Service Tag
[H63LYN1]

If you can assist with a master password that would be greatly appriciated!
