hi octopus team this is the first one i write in this section cuz i havn t any problem with my best octopus
my problem in unlocking the lg ms500z this is the log i don t understand where is the problem

Hello.

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (http://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).
2. Disconnect all other device from PC.
3. Re-boot the PC.
4. Re-start the phone.
5. Turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone.
6. Repeat the operation again.
7. Post here new full Software log.

i do read qcn but unlock no way it askk me debug mod i already activate it where is the problem plz

If You have made QCN backup, try to put the device into Emregency/Download Mode manually and make Unlock from this Mode.
