I Would recommend you to check your PC for driver conflictions

do the procedure on different pc

can u provide me steps plss i don't understand this ???

If download Tool shows fail (98%) mostly
¦ Uninstall all dashboard
¦ Give path of Drivers and check which best suits your modem to flash the firmware successfuly.
¦ run cc cleaner
¦ Reboot Your PC/Labtop
¦ Plug Modem and Prepare modem to flash with Original Firmware see - Restore Original State (vodafone)

I tried unlocking my K3770-Z using both the methods that have been listed. Each time the result is a fail. I tried all the trouble shooting techniques including trying to flash back the Original Vodafone software but even that failed.
Presently, my modem is working and I am able to connect to the internet but then I cannot see the AutoRun happening. The CD Drive has become hidden. I tried runnnig the AT Commands AT%USBMODEM=1 to get it back but that did not help either.
Please help me. How do I fix this issue?

never mind, I got the CD Drive working finally using HyperTerminal. I was wondering if there was a way to get the device recognised as K3770-Z once again!

Thanks. I have tried all that you have specified in the thread, including a fresh Windows install. The download tool still identifies the modem as MF192. What else is expected to be done?

Dear sir
i have vodafone k 3770 modam, when i unlock it, the unlocking failed
and my modam id dead and not deduct

i update driver from internet, now the modam light blink but software not deduct and modam not show in 'My Computer'
but show in device manager
imei no is ok,
when i check it through dc unlocker its saw mf 192 modal

please help me
