i have iphone 3gs when version 4.1 when i try to flash it itunes says:
error 1611

HOW I CAN SLOVED IT

This means the device turned to recovery mode. Try a DFU mode restore. If that doesn't work, it's a hardware problem.

Although it's an old article, try reinstalling iTunes. Also, does it work installing non-custom firmware? How did you prepare your device to install that custom firmware? What tool did you use to create the ipsw? You cannot just download and install any firmware you find on the Internet.

As i said earlier , my itunes cannot backup my iphone at this time...it syncs all files and while giving backup it says itunes cannot backup your iphone because iphone session failed.

hi to all , i need a help please , i have an Iphone 3g 8gb , who stuck on recovery mode ,on screen showing only plug to itune, when i plug to itune , trying to synced with , i got a message, i tune cannot connect to the server !! and i when i did try with a different iphone its work very fine , please help me to solve this

Put it to DFU mode and install stock firmware 4.1. If this fails, it's a hardware problem.

how i ll put on DFU mode , because when i turn on the iphone get apple logo, and after stuck on plug to itune , can you please explain me how to put it on DFU on this case ? please
