Problem with R-sim 10+ in Japan AU no incoming calls - GSM-Forum

Hi guys!

I have a problem with R-sim 10+

I have an iphone 6 ios 9.2 carrier locked to Japan Au. I put in TSMI Mode and the selected first option (because with second option, no signal).

I can call with out problem , but i can´t get incoming calls or sms. I also check not disturbing option and all is ok.

¿Can anyone hep me to solve?

Not test on au but in docomo working without any problem

you selected tsmi model and first option also?

Don´t know why is not working ok with japan au. I am using orange 4g sim card.

Even I am facing the same issue .
Rsim 10+ , iPhone 6 JP AU KDDI , iOS 9.0
Outgoing calls ok . But incoming calls not working .
Please help in better solutions

I am using 5S locked to Softbank and had the same problem.
Finally I solve it by selecting network manually.
If you insert NTT Docomo SIM or MVNO SIM using Docomo network, turn off 4G first, then turn off Automatic and select NTT DOCOMO in Network Selection. After that you can turn on 4G.

I am also facing same issue, outgoing is working fine but no incoming.
Rsim 10+ iPhone 6 JP AU KDDI, iOS 10.1.1
If anyone found any solution please let me know.
