I get an error with new dongle. USB TOKEN IS SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED.

Do I need to register this dongle anywhere?

Contact your reseller please , and make sure you use dongle software with dongle and box software with box as both are 2 different security and products.

bought it from Foneclinic Gohar

can't find him on your list..

I am not sure if I have been given the correct dongle..it says GSM HARBOUR on the side and is Red colour with sim card inserted.. Sim has gsm harbour written and some numbers...

Where do I get dongle softwares? I just installed them correctly I gues...how do I get my serial number? thanks

no our dongles have nothing wrttien in them only GPG's Name and they are red and black.

and nothing written on smart cards it s white cards.

contact Gohar to make sure they sent u correct dongle.

spoke to gohar and he said dongle is correct. I installed everything but Smart card drivers never gets installed on in my window 7 64bit computers however the other dongles and boxes work fine without smard card ...

I get an error Card problem, insert valid nckDongle Card . USB TOKEY KEY is fully installed.

Exe will not work without right smartcard.
Here nothing more to say, Fast Unlocking answered corectly.

USB TOKEY KEY, meen in your dongle exist smart card, but smartcards are not unviresal.

You must have nckdongle or nckbox smartcard.
Smartcard designed for other software will not work with our exes.

My sugestion is.... you must solve this problem with your reseller.

finally found out I had the wrong dongle. it was best dongle which I was given.

got the right dongle and it works fine....Fast unlocking didn't it make it clear that his dongle doesn't take sim cards.

Its was your reseller's mistake not Fast Unlocking's.

How we can make sure which dongle you have plugged. Fast Unlocking and Orbita already gave you correct answer.

All card based dongles take sim card as our Dongle does.
