I had installed android 3.1, I reinstalled 3.2 and set Root Galaxy Tab 8.9 Root - xda-developers and problem remained!

your phone not rooted you must root it install in your phone Root Checker App to test your phone is root yes or no

Hi.

Check please, some root application ask for superuser acces.
Most probably you have installed su in phone, and need allow root manually.

Exe check root in 2 ways.

adb shell "id" and adb shell su -c "id" ,if we not have root = 0 (superuser) then we not have root.

You can check this manually by open adb shell to see exactly.

the problem was in the firmware. Root Checker App did not work even - visnul constantly. flashed and Root set and everything is fine!
