    Does Bluetooth drain battery quicker

    Probably a stupid question.....

Just got a Bluetooth headset (HBH-15) which, wonder of wonders, actually setup and worked first time, with my T610. No probs with it, but if I'm going to get the best out of using it in the car, I need to make sure that the Bluetooth on the phone is on (obviously) and know that I'm liable to forget to switch it on, and that when the phone rings, it'll mean fiddling to enable it - defeating the handsfree object!

So, if I leave it on all the time, will it substantially lessen the standby time?

Also, can't get my Magic Word to work. Is this an issue with Bluetooth (have read elsewhere that it works fine with wired headsets)

    Cheers
