My box worked perfectly fine i contacted the gc support on skype no one picks up or appears to be online at all the error makes no sense i unistalled alot of my drivers and reinstalled some then disable anything which can be conflicting z3x but still nothing which leads me to the point they blocking my box on purpose.

Please help anyone this is not fair??? And i follow all the rules which the gc pro team ask me to follow from getting the box!!!!

did all the options on updated tool and still giving me the same error and had to unistall virus protection to see if it works but nothing can some one give me a another solution
