iPhone 6S won't activate after NAND replace

Hello everyone,*

I have got a problem with an iPhone 6S after I replaced the NAND.*

Basically. the phone came in with error 9. I took out the NANS and used WL PCIE tool to read it. WL won't read it, so the NAND was dead completely.*

I took another NAND from another board, used WL to change the Serial Number (took it form the i6S box) and place it on the board.

The iPhone restores fine, it has IMEI, ICCID, SN and MEID. It recognises the SIM, is taking full cellular reception, WI-FI is working but it won't activate.*

I get this message: " The iPhone "iPhone" could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device"

Any help?
Is there a way to fix it?
Does anyone uses WL and had the same issue?
Have I missed something?

Thank you all!
