In fact ... just in case you have damaged your XTC2Clip ( like me own a few months ago ) ... hosd_signed.img exist in RUU.zip or just firmware.zip ... simple -> extract it. In any case XTC2Clip solution will work, EVEN without the Clip itself...

Hi,

I have tried every single HOSD file from the support, but when I run fastboot command it says: FAILED (remote: image verify failed. cannot flash this partition)

HTC One M9 (UHL)
S-On
LOCKED

No OS
No Download Mode
No Recovery Mode

Only Bootloader mode. Please advise

Hello,

As we have already explained, if after flashing all flash hosd files your phone doesn't go to download mode, it's a known emmc problem on M9.

They are NOT version dependent. As you understand, hosd works even if system is fully erased.

What do you mean by not working? Not flashing (signature error) or not booting after flash?

flashing went fine but phone still can't enter download mode, it keeps restarting htc logo when i select download from bootloader menu. probably faulty emmc then...

EMMC problem is confirmed with M9, but it's strange to have same problem with HTC 10.

Unfortunately it's very hard to make predictions without having this phone on hands.
