Unhappy Atom can't boot up after a soft reset/hard reset


Hello all,
I have a problem with my Atom. After performing a soft reset or a hard reset device can't boot up, it stack on "O2" image. To open again the device i have to take out the battery. And this doesn't work with the first time.I have to take out the battery many times.
Please help me!!

Two funtion button and reset ok.
To perform a soft reset
• Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the left side of your device.
The device restarts and displays the Today screen.

To perform a hard reset
• Press and hold both SOFT KEYS shown enclosed by circles in the picture below. Keep these keys pressed, and at the same time, use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the left side of your device. Press either 0 to restore to factory default or X to exit the hard reset process.

BIG THANKS BUT what are you talking about ? Do you understand English ? I don't really understand that instruction, it doesn't make any sense...All I need help is that solution for my Atom to get back normal....it's freezing on O2 logo and cant boot on Window...
