Unfortunately repair of phone in such state is not available with Octoplus/Octopus LG. You need to repair the phone via eMMC/JTAG.

What is exact state of your phone? Can You put the phone into Emergency Mode manually? What device appear in PC Device Manager, when You connect the phone to PC?
