Please help me to remove the shot shown in picture

Its N70 white screen and hang the three capacitors(C7602,C5000 and C4206) marked in the picture are showing shot. I have removed Both the small ics SMPS and APE REGULATOR but still showing shot so...

Once more i am repeat here the component are listed those i have REMOVED.
1.POWER IC
2.PA
3.CHARGING IC
4.RINGER IC
5.COIL (light)

but still the set shot.
