@All,

You have few steps to unlock pattern

First Option:

1) ADB Pattern Unlock: You can use this option if the "USB Debuggin" is ON of the Device.

Second Option:

2) Fast Boot Mode : If the device goes to the fastboot Mode, then, you can remove google account, security Codes by using Dragon Box.

Third Option:

3) USB Debuggin Off and also Not goes to Fast :

Check the safe list:

If you don't find your device in safe list, risk is yours........NO Risk No Gain!!!

Fourth Option:

4) If the USB Debuggin Off but the device takes Modem:

If you want to do operation ie. security, Pattern Remove etc, you have to follow the above manual.

Fifth Option:

5) Hard-reset

Search the google to do hard-reset.

Sixth Option:

6) Return the device

If you don't know how to do it or if you are not sure, then, return the device to the customer.

Now, Use the Suitable Options that you like and do not kill your device. If you don't know how to do and if you do not have time to read the post of Dragon Section, Just return the Device to the Customer.
