Well, im new to all this and i've come to a few problems with my R-sim 8

when i first got the R-SIM, i put it into my iphone 4s it kept saying in the top left corner 'Searching' and then it says 'No service', and waited for the menu to pop up but it never showed up, and then i tried downloading and installing the patchs from the cydia repo, still no luck. Then I tried the R-SIM iphone carrier patch tool and it says that my activate code verify failed

Can anyone help me?
