Please do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version ( Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Connect the phone to PC and install these drivers: http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...ile_Phones.exe.
3. Perform the next steps to connect the phone:
1). Disconnect cable from phone.
2). Go to dial window.
3). Enter "##634#" number.
4). Input *#7284# code.
5). Select "QC RmNetComposite" option.
6). Press "OK" button.
7). Wait until phone restart.
8). Press "Read Info" in software.
4. When phone's info will be read successfully, press "Unlock" or "Read codes" button in Software. |
