Hello.
You need to install the Necessary drivers:
http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...QL_Ver_3.6.exe
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe

After these drivers will be installed - repeat Unlock operation.
Note: It is important to connect the phone directly to USB port of PC motherboard (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB cards).
