I have previously done N900T twice before, and on both occasions it was OK. The unlock was ok following the normal process.

But this new phone i tried to do and im stuck:

In download mode, I used USB cable to reset Default EFS = OK.
In UART Cable, I try to unlock and Super IMEI = I get error
Please Wait Enter Test Mode ...
Timeout !
Total Time: 439.67 s

In UART Cable, I did *#7284# and select Modem = Same error (Please Wait Enter Test Mode ...
Timeout !

Is there another way to do this ?
