How to: Flash original ROM for bricked HTC 8X after updating GDR2

Hello guys, yesterday I tipped WMPU for the way to flash original ROM for the bricked HTC 8X; However, many people start asking for help because of the stupid translation (argg), so I deciced to translate this thread into English to help you. Please remember I’ll not be responsible for any damaged, bricked devices, you DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Prepare:
  • With Windows Vista/7/8, you’ll need the Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1
  • With Windows XP, you’ll need ActiveSync 4.5: Link 1 | Link 2
Original ROM: WARNING! We don’t have the original ROM for the carrier, so please beware of using these ROM. Currently, I have Asia (707) and Europe (401), sorry for carrier customers!

  2. Hold Power to turn it on, and quicly press volume + and volume - at the same time to enter bootloader screen
  3. Connect your device to PC, wait until the “serial” text changed to “USB”
