I'm sorry, I cant think of another way. Since I removed the rpatch few times using the method mentioned. (remove profile, delete tool, restart device re-install) and it was success.
May be you want to restore the firmware. But this will upgrade your device firmware to iOS 7.1
I was ableto unlock my iPhone 5S locked to Japan SoftBank with r-SIM Mini, 128k 4G sim on iOS 7.1 after installing rpatch.
