why you didnt read this? what is rtas and why do you need SPOOKEY HERE STEPS :
1. FOS ( FACTORY OS )
2. DISABLE RTAS ( this is important point )
3. REPAIR IMEI OR PIN
4. ENABLE RTAS
5. SET NORMAL OS
6. DONE !!
