You need, a72 with pattern lock, computer, multitool, data cable and proper driver.
Step:
1) switch on mobile

2) connect with pc. Wait for driver installing.
3) after instal driver, open multitool 1.2b version. And press 1 and check for the device. If multitool get the device the follow next step.
4) press 0 for goto command prompt.
5) in command just type adb reboot recovery. After press enter mobile restarted with recovery menu.If menu not come just press home button. Its done.
Now u can wipe data, format etc.
