v3.41-latest failed to format the set...

status phone hang

specs
CPU:SPD6531

Dragon do the following exept the important steps is the formatting..

CM W1 v2.0
read info success
read flash success
format failed.. during this step dragon cant find the info.. i mean it is stuck @ mobile info. (please select correct boot) the exact boot of w1 i selected is 6531 that i seen on the info..
