I have a Galaxy Note II that is mine and have putten several tipes of locks to try the samsung tool update.
But when I try to read him everything goes as planned.

But when I try to reset pattern lock or something else suposing I didnt had acces I couldn's accept the box access to the phone when the message apears on the phone.
I could I do it on a way that I could pass throw that message?
Also I have it with its laste update avaiable until date witch puts him with 4.3 android with KNOX and everytime I try to patterlock reset KNOX blocks him so I have already shut KNOX down but also temp root gives me error

How can I resolve this since this is on tests made by me but probably in a near future something like this will apear to me since nokia Phones always are entering the store with this type of problems because owner have putten passwords but then dont remind what the passwords are.
Sorry for one more question, but with cable is the uart cable c3300k?
And witch is the RS232 box*
The only microusb cable furious has came with doesnt even detects the phone on pc or on module
