Good NVM is inside of Software - Repair NVM button.
Try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Re-flash the phone.
3. Make Repair NVM.
4. Perform Unlock operation.
5. Insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to select network manually.
6. Write here the result.
Don't forget to root the phone before and make backups of EFS and Security ("Read EFS" and "Read Security" buttons in Software). |
