hy everyone

is there anyone who can tell me if r sim 9 pro ( or r sim air 2 ) will work on a iphone 5c sprint ios 7.0.4?
i just want have sms and call , no matter if 3g or lte doesn't work, does a jailbreak can allow me to have sms and call works ?
