Reflow or replace IC Digitizer Controller Repair Part 343S0628
Hi .. I have a iPhone 5 64gb logic board that won't swipe on the screen .. The digitiser fpc connector is clean and corrosion free .. It's been in the ultrasonic bath with 99.9% alcohol and has updated perfectly, now before I proceed I would like your input as to the best way forward , I have a LY - IR-pro-SC BGA Machine and a hot air SMD station ... A small milling machine for chip removal too .. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated
