First you must check phone history.if phone died in normal use,it's HW (usually eMMC)
if phone died when flashing,try find dump or another alive phone for read dump

About ID,if you have error about not supporting ID it's normal because possible any revision pcb have a different ID,anyway ID is not problem because You can Ignore it from Advanced Setting like your log |
