Iphone 4S -> iTunes Error 4014 -> restoring not possible

I baught an iPhone 4S 16GB. The history of the Phone is unfortunally not 100% sure. All I know is, that the iPhone was dropped and got a Touchscreen damage. The previous owner told me that only the touchscreen did not react. All other funktions were 100% ok.

After he changed the display the problem began:

IPhone did not start. No Picture. No Sound. Itunes didn't recognized phone.
That is all i know about the history.

I put the iPhone in DFU mode and iTunes found an iPhone in recovery mode.
Unfortunally restoring ends with error 4014.

That is all I have done until now:

1.) iTunes update to newest version
2.) Windows XP update
3.) used 4 different USB cords (2 original, 2 not original)
4.) changed dock-connector twice
5.) used 3 different batteries (1 brand new)
6.) tried restoring with and without connected flexcables (cams, sensor/ audio)
7.) bought a new notebook with win 7 and tried it 100x
8.) checked logicboard with microscope. No liquid damage. No corrosion. No obviously damaged parts
9.) checked board with beeper. No short found.
10.) disabled virusscan and firewall
11.) checked host data

I think that it is a hardware failure after a fall on the floor or bad repair from previous owner.
But what do I have to look for?
Error 4014 means (as I know) that there is an interruption of the connection.

Could it be the nand chip?

I'd appreciate meaningful assistance from professionals very much.
