Hy I am new at this tool and am having a problem witch I cant find how to solve it

I bought a UFS 3 box to a Guy since he was selling her, but she hasnt got the HWK module, and after installing the UFS latest panel she gives me this errors

Its her first day with me, and she doesnt has the HWK Module.

So I am having problem figuring out how to resolve it
If it is something that is broken
Or this is some problem because of not having the HWK Module
or any other problem.

If someone could help solving this I would love it since I have no idea how to do it
