It's no wonder that you are not able to use SiemensCE - with
that small window size...
No really: it's a bit small, I suggest the next time you send a real screenshot. If it's converted as .png file in 8bit color, it will be as small as your attached bitmap, but we all could recognize details and text.
But that doesn't matter anymore...
I now recognize that you use somehow a "wrong" patch. It's not the one I have here as "v3" version. Please use this patch instead:
