Yes, try to perfrom Reset Screen Lock and post here the resut:
1. Install the latest Software version (

2. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone.
3. Coonnect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
4. Install necessary driver.
5. Click "Reset Screen Lock" button.
6. Follow the Software instructions (prompts);
When you perform Reset Pattern Lock operation, after reboot the phone will prompt you to draw a new pattern.
