Hello, I have a Galaxy Note 2 clone called the Star 9599t - you can find it on Amazon (UK)

My problem: It was fine for many months, no issues whatsoever. Then, fairly recently (few weeks ago), it started crashing randomly, usually when playing games or anything that gets my phone hot, once it gets too hot it will reboot and keep on rebooting until it cools down on its own or with a fan. One thing that seems to STOP it from crashing is having a big fan giving cool air to the back of it- this keeps it cool and prevents it from crashing for as long as I like, until I turn the fan off and it crashes again within 5 minutes of playing games/apps.

So hopefully this has narrowed down the problem, it HAS to be a problem with overheating, I've tried using the spare battery and it still does it, I've tried taking the sim card out, still does it. Any help would be amazing.
