| Hello dear users, you people should not ask for DT Team because appearly they are hiddin, you should contact to your reseller, he should solve. (iF they are good).
Im reseller of this and some customer have this problem when he use windows 8 8.1
But never faced when use windows 7 or Windows Xp.
I have solve it fast for my customers, same as Infinity team dont help to people who dont buy from them.
