HI, it's my friend phone that have important data , the phone status is

Phone keep rebooting by it self and wont turn on to copy data (out of system)
I opened the phone and it has no water damage and also cleaned,

Anyway i took the risk and flashed with Sony Pc companion,
After success flash , phone is in the same condition ,, still reboot and wont boot ! ,, Any idea
