Folllow this steps:
1. Get a working 9220 curve with good 3G network.
2. Connect it to ur system and read the file with nv-file reader_write and save the file after been read.
3. Disconnect the working 9920.
4. Connect your not working 9920 and write the file u read from the woking 9920.
5. Disconnect the phone after completed.
6. Restart ur phone.
This works 100%..
No need of searching online for nv file for any bb. Justget any woking bb of the same nodel and read the file in order to copy to the affected bb.... Make sure u they are of the same model.
