1.take reading of all pin of connector. any shorting or open link.compare with another one.
2.if all ok than remember one thing there are two type of same trackpad in market.On trackpad's belt one number written their like 27779-013(this for 9800) notice it buy new same number trackpad.if not availeble than same design golden point.
